PROBLEMS OF QUALITY OR CONFORMITY
In the event of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order (defective or non-compliant), the buyer must formulate his complaint within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the package. Complaints must be sent by email to louise.fer@orange.fr
They must include:
- Buyer's contact details
- product references
- the reasons for the complaint.
The return of products must be made within fourteen working days from the allocation of a return number by Louise Ferchaud customer service. Any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned as it was shipped, in its original condition and packaging, and include the entire product. The costs of the initial shipment will be reimbursed to the Buyer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Following a complaint, after receipt of the product and validation of its non-compliance by Louise Ferchaud, the customer may request:
* Or to be delivered with a product identical to that ordered, within the limits of available stocks. The costs of returning the ordered and delivered product will be borne by the Buyer, the delivery costs of another product will be borne by Louise Ferchaud.
* Or be reimbursed for the price of the Product ordered within 30 days of the customer's request. The absence of complaints on the part of the customer means that the delivered item is deemed satisfactory and cannot be the subject of any subsequent dispute.

In any event, these provisions do not deprive the customer of the benefit of his right of withdrawal, as framed by article 6 of these General Conditions of Sale.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
If the ordered product is unavailable, Louise Ferchaud will inform the Buyer as soon as possible. The buyer will be reimbursed without delay and at the latest within thirty days of payment of the sums he has paid.

PRICE
The price is expressed in euros and does not include shipping costs. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included without VAT (article 293B of the tax code) for France and the countries of the EEC. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated or conditions. Payment: Payments are made online through STRIPE site and are completely secure thanks to these payment platforms. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Louise Ferchaud. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment is made by bank transfer. Furthermore, Louise Ferchaud reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer.
